This Cava is a reflection of traditional line of champagnes that are looking for the utmost respect for the personality of traditional varieties: elegance, freshness, balance ... Since its first vintage in 1988, always been drawn no sugar added.

Varieties: 30% Macabeo 30% Xarel·lo 40% Parellada.
Preparation: Fermentation at 15 ° C for 4 weeks. Average bottle aging period of 20-30 months. Manual clearing desks. No dosage is added after disgorging dexpedició.
Tasting notes: Pale yellow, brilliant. Good carbonic strength with small bubbles. Aroma clean and frank, resulting from the combination of aging Darom (almond) and the aromas of fresh fruit (apple, grapefruit) and floral (white flowers, anise, country herbs) contributed by the base wine and secondary fermentation. Well balanced in the mouth, dry, light and fresh with a long lingering finish.

Best served between 5 and 7º C
